Task o2: Finished

Posted by: gcbb on: January 27, 2008

The interface is absurd and with no real objective. A wig with a reader connected to a computer, a RFID embedded brush with three “effects” ranging from pleasant brushing to tangled hair, and last a piece of software that controls a audio-visual feedback to the brush.when someone use the brush on the wig, the face on the screen will react accordingly, with expressions ranging from pleased to agony. The experience of interaction with a “deconstructed person is very strong to most. Presenting the work in the interaction class showed how strong the reaction is when working with such a recognizable and personal ritual. ( also have a look at our earlier experiments with ice)
